GOL LAUNCHES UATP CORPORATE CARD
Card will provide customers with a globally accepted payment option for corporate travel
GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. officially launched the new GOL UATP program 21-23 October at the prestigious ABAV 2009, Fair of the Americas, Rio de Janeiro. Over 27,000 people attended the event and UATP was on-hand to help with the launch.

GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (Bovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, has become the first airline based in Latin America to issue UATP accounts with the launch of its new GOL Corporate Card to business customers.
GOL UATP subscribers will benefit from simple enrollment, payment and reconciliation processes combined with state-of-the-art air travel activity reports. The GOL UATP program enhances travel expense management through detailed information including passenger name, carrier, destination, and other components of the travel itinerary. GOL will use UATP's new hosted billing system and corporate portal, UATP Processing Solutions, which allows for corporations to assign individual UATP account numbers to specific cost centers.

UATP AND AIRLINE INFORMATION PARTNER ON AIRLINE & TRAVEL PAYMENTS SUMMIT
UATP is co-hosting the upcoming Airline & Travel Payments Summit with Airline Information, a leading consulting firm on aviation-related conferences, publishing and management consulting.
The Summit is being held 2-3 December 2009, Miami at the Wyndham Miami Airport Hotel and Executive Meeting Center. Registration and sponsorship are now open for this event; the normally low registration rates are lower than ever to facilitate participation.

Airline Business and UATP have teamed up again for the sixth Airline Distribution conference.
Airline Distribution is the only annual conference dedicated to exploring the challenges associated with the combination of channel management, revenue management and payments.
Travel agents, online and traditional, managed and unmanaged, contact centers, call-centers, web channels, microsites, ancillary revenues, product bundling and unbundling, pricing and the risks associated with payment and collection are just some of the issues to be considered in developing a coherent distribution strategy.
