UATP expands payment services to corporate rail travel

United Air Travel Plan (UATP) has already signaled its intention to move beyond its involvement in air travel and last week it went a step further in this direction. Following a deal with Amtrak, UATP corporate cardholders will now be able to pay for Amtrak services at all points of sale. The move is timely, as UATP says that over the past few months it has observed some shift from air to rail travel by corporates.
