Procedures for Becoming a Issuer Party
- Complete "Issuer Party" application form and sign UATP agreement (if not already a UATP member)
- Provide most recent audited financial statement
- UATP issues bulletin to all UATP Issuers announcing new airline’s application to become a Issuer
- Approval by UATP Issuers
- Applicant becomes Issuer in 90 days and is eligible to issue UATP cards
- UATP assists airline identify and implement necessary systems to manage card program and train staff
